The Exhibit Building is a 45,000 square foot metal building with columns that
is divided into three permanent rooms.
Exhibit 1 is a 22,500 square foot room closed in on three sides with a chain
link fence floor to ceiling on the “open” side.
Exhibit 2 is approximately 15,000 square foot climate controlled room.
Exhibit 3 is approximately 7,500 square foot climate controlled room.
The Horseshoe Club can seat up to 200 people, and has a Stage and Dance
Area. (change Floor to Area)
Tables ($6.00 ea) and Chairs ($0.75 ea) may be rented from the Montgomery
County Fair Association by calling (936) 760-3631.
